WASHINGTON, May 28 (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obama said on Thursday that he was confident that Israel would recognize that a two-state solution was in the interests of its security. Obama, who spoke to reporters after a meeting with visiting Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, has been rebuffed in his call for Israel to halt settlement building.
