UNITED NATIONS, Nov 29 (Reuters) - Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, in a letter to the American people made public on Wednesday, accused the George W. Bush administration of governing by "coercion, force and injustice" and urged the United States to pull its troops out of Iraq and recognize a Palestinian state.
