PORT-AU-PRINCE, Oct 30 (Reuters) - Haitian President Rene Preval on Friday designated Jean Max Bellerive to be prime minister of the Caribbean country, a ruling party senator said. Bellerive, who was Planning and External Cooperation Minister in the cabinet, is to replace Michele Pierre-Louis who was voted out of office by the Haitian Senate early on Friday.
