MEXICO CITY, April 27 (Reuters) - Mexico's first suspected case of the swine flu that has killed up to 149 people was detected in the southern state of Oaxaca, Health Minister Jose Angel Cordova said on Monday. He said it was too early to identify the cause or geographical source of the disease, which has raised fears of a serious global endemic. "The first case that made us suspect that it wasn't a variation of seasonal flu was the case in Oaxaca," he told reporters. (Reporting by Mica Rosenberg and Alistair Bell)
