Bangladesh poverty team wins Nobel Peace Prize

OSLO, Oct 13 (Reuters) - Bangladesh's Muhammad Yunus and the Grameen Bank won the Nobel Peace Prize on Friday for efforts to create grassroots social and economic development.

The two were surprise winners of the 10 million Swedish crowns ($1.36 million) award from a field of 191 candidates.
