US revises helicopter crash death toll down to 12

BAGHDAD, Jan 21 (Reuters) - The U.S. military said on Sunday that 12 U.S. soldiers had died in a helicopter crash on Saturday, revising the death toll down from 13.

It said four crew members and eight passengers were killed when the Blackhawk helicopter went down northeast of Baghdad on Saturday afternoon. It did not say what caused the crash.
