(Adds details) BEIJING, Nov 14 (Reuters) - A fire swept through a Chinese karaoke bar early on Wednesday killing at least 11 people, the latest nightclub disaster to hit the country this year. The pre-dawn fire broke out at a bar in Chengde county in Hebei province, 230 km (140 miles) northeast of Beijing, Xinhua news agency said. An investigation was underway, Xinhua said. It gave no further details. At least 12 revellers in the southern province of Jiangxi were killed in a blaze at a nightclub where they were celebrating the traditional Moon Festival in September. In July, mining explosives illegally stored at a nightclub in the northeastern province of Liaoning detonated and killed at least 25 people, including teenage girls celebrating a birthday and passers-by on the street.
