BEIJING, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Chief delegates to six-party talks in Beijing trying to rein in North Korea's nuclear weapons programme were meeting early on Tuesday, a South Korean official said.

Another official had said earlier such talks would be an indication that a final draft would be adopted.

The United States and North Korea haggled on Monday and into the night over energy aid the North would receive in exchange for ending its nuclear arms ambitions as six-party talks looked likely to straggle into an extra day.
