BEIJING, Nov 22 (Reuters) - A fire at a hotel in northern China has killed eight people and injured 16 others, state media said on Saturday. The hotel, in Luliang city in Shanxi province, caught fire early on Saturday morning, with flames eventually engulfing the whole seven-story building, the official Xinhua news agency said.
