KATHMANDU, Jan 15 (Reuters) - Nepal's parliament was dissolved on Monday after it approved an interim constitution that paves the way for the formation of a new assembly that will include Maoist rebels. "We have created a strong basis for peace and for holding the constituent assembly elections," Subhash Nemwang, speaker of the dissolved parliament, said. "This paves the way for a meeting of the interim legislature with the Maoists later today (Monday)." Under a peace deal between a seven-party alliance and the rebels, the interim parliament will prepare for elections to a constituent assembly -- likely in June -- to chart the country's future, including the fate of the monarchy.
