Earthquake survivors started to return home after Wednesday's earthquake in western Sumatra, as electricity is back on in most places.

The National Planning Agency said on Sunday that the post-quake reconstruction in the provinces Bengkulu and West Sumatra, where over 64,000 houses collapsed or suffered heavy damage, would cost an estimated 619 billion rupiah ($66 million).
