TOKYO, May 5 (Reuters) - A roller coaster went off the rails and crashed into a balustrade at a theme park in the Japanese city of Osaka on Saturday, killing a woman and injuring 21.

The six-coach roller coaster was carrying two dozen holidaymakers when the accident happened at the park on the outskirts of Osaka, a police officer said.

The cause of the accident, which happened on the "Golden Week" holiday, was not immediately known, he said.
