WASHINGTON, Nov 29 (Reuters) - The voice on a new audio tape urging European countries to end military cooperation with U.S. forces in Afghanistan appears to be Osama bin Laden's, a U.S. counterterrorism official said on Thursday.

"The voice appears to be that of bin Laden," the official said.
