WASHINGTON, June 3 (Reuters) - The top U.S. climate envoy, Todd Stern, said on Wednesday he envisions a bilateral partnership with China to address clean energy and global warming. In advance of Stern's planned visit to China next week, the envoy said he expected no signed document from the upcoming meetings, but that in future, the areas for possible partnership include energy efficiency, electric vehicles and carbon capture and storage.
