HARARE, June 29 (Reuters) - The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission said voter turnout in Friday's presidential run-off won by President Robert Mugabe was 42.37 percent, similar to disputed March elections. Mugabe, who was the only candidate after opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai withdrew from the poll, was due to be inaugurated later on Sunday. Tsvangirai won the March poll but electoral officials said he fell short of the absolute majority needed for outright victory.
