People try to move a police barricade during a demonstration to protest new constitutional reforms approved by parliament in Cairo March 20, 2007. Egypt said on Tuesday it will hold a referendum on March 26 on constitutional amendments billed by the government as reforms but which opponents see as an attempt to entrench the ruling party's grip on power.
