The relatives of the Helios Airways disaster in Greece in August 2005 hold up pictures of relatives during a court appearance for executives of the airline, in Cyprus, April 30, 2009. Cypriot prosecutors have filed charges of manslaughter and causing death by a reckless act against the airline and four individuals over the crash, in which 121 people died. The plane was gliding on autopilot for two hours with its passengers and most of the crew knocked unconscious from a lack of oxygen when it crashed from lack of fuel north of Athens.
