Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang (C) arrives at the scene of an accident at the International Commerce Centre (ICC) in Hong Kong September 13, 2009. Five people died on Sunday after falling from a platform in the elevator shaft of the building, police said. One other worker was missing in the shaft after the accident, when the platform collapsed from the 27th floor, Radio Television Hong Kong reported.
