Uruguayan Public Health Minister Maria Julia Munoz speaks during a news conference at the Public Health Ministry in Montevideo, May 27, 2009. Monoz announced during the news conference that two cases of influenza A (H1N1), formerly referred to as swine flu, has been discovered in the country.
