Rescue workers carry a man who was pulled out from the rubble of a collapsed building in Baku August 29, 2007. Ten people are still alive under the rubble of a 14-storey building that collapsed killing at least eight in Azerbaijan's capital Baku, emergency services said on Wednesday.
