Newly seperated twins Trishna (L) and Krishna of Bangladesh have their hands held by their guardian Moira Kelly after their surgery at the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne November 19, 2009. Twenty seven hours of surgery were required to separate the conjoined twins, who were joined at the head.
