Tokyo Electric Power Co. President Tsunehisa Katsumata waits for Economy, Trade and Industry Minister Akira Amari to arrive at the ministry in Tokyo July 20, 2007. Japanese companies will need to limit electricity use during peak periods after a powerful earthquake forced the shutdown of the world's biggest nuclear power plant, Amari said on Friday.
