Would-be immigrants disembark from an Armed Forces of Malta (AFM) patrol boat at the AFM Maritime Squadron base at Haywharf in Valletta's Marsamxett Harbour May 16, 2008. Twenty-eight would-be immigrants were rescued by the tugboat "Schottland" 65 nautical miles from Malta when their boat capsized while on their way to reach European soil from Africa.
