A relative of earthquake victims burns offerings at the ruins of the earthquake-hit Beichuan county in Sichuan province, April 1, 2009. Survivors of the earthquake are being allowed into the ruins of the county seat to give offerings for their dead relatives ahead of the traditional Qingming Festival (Tomb-sweeping Day).
