Description:Position Summary:

To lead and drive the strategic development of human resources across the entire organisation to enable the achievement of organisational goals. GHRD (Global Human Resources Development) and the GHRD concept form a part of a matrix structure. As the Function Manager of this area within the matrix, to be additionally responsible for the existing human resources management which focuses on employees based both in Austria and overseas, including the training of these employees.

Profile:

Practical leadership experience in a multi-national / multi-cultural organisation;
A strong track record in developing people and also in one core area of HRD;
Excellent English and at least one other major language (German, French, Spanish);
Relevant understanding of and experience in the non-profit sector.
