Do you have a curious mind and the desire to create compelling story lines thus making an impact in this complex and dynamic world? If so, then join us at SEEDS, a non governmental organization (NGO) working in the field of Disaster Risk Reduction and other crosscutting developmental issues. SEEDS is seeking Content Developers to join our creative team and play a leadership role in creating out of the box communication material. Responsibilities:
The Content Developer must be able to create creative and coherent communication packages, coordinate with the design team in the content development process. S/he shall be responsible for researching content to create impactful IEC material. S/he must be highly organized, efficient, and flexible through all phases of projects and in working with all project team members.

Educational Requirements:
Preferred candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree (English, Journalism, Communications or other related fields) and a minimum of two years of related work experience, preferably in the development sector. Demonstrated leadership abilities will be welcomed by real opportunities to participate in the life of the NGO.

Skills:
• Excellent research, communication and writing skills
• Excellent organizational skills; efficient and effective
• Ability to think conceptually and visually, from the big-picture overview to details
• Experience facilitating meetings
• Ability to work well with a team
• Project management and supervisory experience preferred
